YOSHIMINE Boiler was employed as auxiliary boiler for unit 3 of Power Station.

Awarded “New Energy Grand Prix (METI Minister Prize) in 2008.
Designated as one of the “100 New Energies” (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) in 2009.

For the purpose of reducing industrial waste and fossil fuels and supplying nearly all of the thermal and electric energy of the plant, the Cooperative adopted a Yoshimine boiler, which uses wood biomass for fuel.

The Plant was constructed as a 1,300kw power plant, by recycling forest scrap wood, which was previously unused, as biomass fuels, in order to significantly reduce the cost of waste disposal and provide a stable supply of electricity as clean energy.
